2006 years end-user survey in Outsourcing, Offshoring, Service as a Software and BPO delivers both results that are very much in line with what we have been observing the last year like the fundamental shift from cost savings to growth. But at the same time the study sheds new light on issues like flexibility, control and cost, all important factors that needs to be seen in a new light now when the driving forces has changed.
