		<description>That's a good point Emma. The bourgeious have co-opted the green movement and still managed to drive SUVs :-) But it was always like this. The "mass" appeal of organics (WholeFoods etc) has brought some great benefits in terms of education, supply chain management and better understanding of the process involved. Of course one could argue the original values and principles of organics have been undermined somewhat.

I argue for a Trucost approach to the pricing mechanism because, as you note, price is the main determinant for most people. It doesn't have to be organic broccoli does it?</description>
