Many young people are responsible and take turns to drive their friends home after a night out. I don\'t see this sort of ban being possible in rural areas where there is no public transport at night. On another point, banning driving at night will force more young people to use public transport and perhaps increase anti-social behaviour... isn\'t it better to have more police on the streets at night to check on possible drink drivers?
