		<description>I'm just interested to know what advantages Sweden have found by using more biofuels because of the evidence that growing the vegetation needed for biofuels may actually increase carbon emissions.</description>

		<description>&lt;p&gt;I agree. When I was in Sweden, Gothenburg over the weekend borrowing a relative's car which runs on biofuels, we could park for free on most places! So convenient without feeling guilty!&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>I would assume that most people don’t enjoy paying for the parking and congestion charge. This sounds very good news - in Stockholm, you can get free parking and free congestion charge when your car runs on biofuels. I believe this policy should apply to many other cities. Having alternative energy is the best way to keep the balance between life of convenience and environmental protection.</description>
