This report is based on a survey of 600 IT executives throughout the Nordics. Amongst other things, it reveals the real levels at which virtualization projects are actually taking place in the Nordic countries. Furthermore, it compares with last year's survey results in key areas, in order to assess how quickly different areas within process automation have developed."Virtualization has been mentioned a lot over the past year, but most real projects out there are usually still in the pilot phase in the Nordic organizations", says Staffan Sderman, research analyst at IDC. This report shows how virtualization will be handled in the near future.

Service level agreements were briefly covered in the 2006 report, whereas this report ranks how customers prefer to work with SLA's, both now and in the future.
