Summary
Written by an international technology lawyer with substantial experience practicing in the United States, Asia, and Europe, International Technology Law & Business provides practical, lucid, and frank explanations of legal terms and business jargon commonly used by the international technology sector. The glossary seeks to identify and explain key terms from unfamiliar fields and jurisdictions, including intellectual property and licensing, venture capital, corporate and securities law, antitrust and competition law, and the technology business in general. Serving as a reference for managers and executives, as well as lawyers both in the U.S. and abroad, this book provides practical explanations, rather than simple dictionary definitions, and addresses many of the issues and questions raised by these terms. International Technology Law & Business is a must-have resource for any individual working in an international environment.
