Communicating Without Words

Research has consistently found that when you communicate with someone, approximately one third of your message is communicated via the words you use and two thirds of the total message is communicated via your body language. Reading and understanding body language and non-verbal communication is an important skill. This 12 minute DVD explores the five ways in which people communicate without words via appearance, the face, the body, the voice and the relative position and uses dramatized scenarios to illustrate their impact.
