Summary

This IDC study provides revenue breakdowns of the top 10 vendors that have gained the biggest shares in the following human capital management applications segments: core human resources (HR), elearning, erecruiting, intelligent compensation, performance and workforce management.

"Despite the economic slowdown, many of these vendors are well positioned to weather the storm through an extended network of alliances with partners, especially those in the CRM market,'' said Albert Pang, director of enterprise applications research at IDC. "In addition, category leaders in elearning and workforce management are expected to post respectable results in the coming years as companies need to constantly fine-tune their training and labor activity strategies to adapt to shifting market conditions.''
