"A certain proportion of the Danish enterprises are currently in a state of no-decisions, which will have a negative effect on the outsourcing market," said Brian Troelsen, research manager at IDC Nordic. "On the other hand Danish enterprises will increasingly seek to optimize the IT cost structure via outsourcing engagements." Vendors in the outsourcing space should especially focus on the underserved midmarket for outsourcing opportunities.
