Summary
The aim of this study is to better understand the top Indian players' strategy for growth and traction in the European marketplace, with a particular focus on the historical adoption divide between north and south Europe. Top Indian players analyzed in this study are: HCL, Infosys, Patni, Satyam, TCS, and Wipro.
''Today, Europe accounts for roughly 20% to 25% of the top offshore players' global revenues,'' said Laura Converso, research manager, IDC European Software and Services. ''Offshore momentum in Central Europe is growing. The German and Swiss markets are rapidly opening up to offshoring and are becoming the largest growth opportunities for Indian players in the short term.''
