Sweden: BPO 2008 Vendor Shares and 2009-2013 Forecast

This IDC study assesses Sweden's business process outsourcing (BPO) market in 2008 and presents IDC's market forecast for 2009-2013. 2008 was a good year for BPO services, which grew at 9.2%, reaching a total market value of SEK 6,940 million.

"The current forecast has been lowered compared with the previous. Still, this market is growing quite healthily, despite the crisis. For 2009, we expect growth to reach 4.2%," said Per-Arne Sandegren, senior analyst, IDC Nordic.
