Rental Space versus Cyber-space.

The growth of E-commerce is expected to improve and with that many business are able to then reduce rental space as a result. The Internet and broadband will also provide opportunities for productivity gains in the office sector as well as increasing the opportunity to work from home, negatively affecting demand for office space. Growth in direct ordering (i.e., telephone, mail and Internet shopping) will have an adverse effect on demand from retail tenancies.
