The main trends seen during the month include a decline of 23% in contract volume in February 2008 compared with February 2007. Other trends include the domination of contracts valued at less than $25m in February, the number of infrastructure management deals remained stable in February 2008, increased preference for shorter duration deals signed for less than five years witnessed in February 2008, and IT service contracts remained focused on Asia Pacific.
