Summary

Mobile Lifestyle

This highly competitive and mature industry is certainly aiming for the mature and lower income markets. Highly fragmented, the slow paced technological market moves well with the retirees. There is certainly a standard to meet in regulations, and it takes intensive labor to get this industry moving, but we wouldn't have it any other way to be on track for this mobile lifestyle.

The industry is involved in the dealing of manufactured homes. As opposed to other factory built housing, such as Modular Homes, Panelized Homes, and Pre-Cut Homes, manufactured homes are structurally complete before leaving the factory and are transported in one or more sections to the location of erection. This industry does not deal recreational vehicles (RVs) (NAICS 44121) or kit homes (NAICS 44419). This report covers the scope, size, disposition and growth of the industry including the key sensitivities and success factors. Also included are five year industry forecasts, growth rates and an analysis of the industry key players and their market shares.
