Competition Terms & Conditions

• Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or over, except for employees, partners and suppliers of Piribo Limited (Piribo) trading as Report Buyer.
  
• One entry will be awarded to a person for every £500 (excluding VAT and delivery) spent during the month specified in the competition. To be entered into the Report Buyer iPhone Competition, entrants must purchase a product valued, or have a total order value of £500 or more. If an order is cancelled the competition entry is automatically void.
  
• All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the individual promotion/competition rules. All entries received by the closing date are valid and have an equal chance of winning.
  
• Any prize is as specified in the individual competition rules. No alternative prizes may be requested although Piribo reserves the right to alter arrangements or prizes should this be unavoidable. There is no cash alternative.
  
• Any prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by Piribo in relation to that decision.
  
• The draw will take place on the first Monday after the end of the month stated in the competition and the winner will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.
  
• Prizes will be sent within 30 days to the same delivery address as given for the purchase of the product(s). No alternative name or address can be given to claim the prize.
  
• It is a condition of entry that any winner consents to their name and country of residence to be published on the Report Buyer website and in our Redline e-newsletters after the closing date. Winners may be requested to take part in post-event publicity.
  
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances Piribo reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition without prior notice.
  
• By entering any competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.
