Customer Service Executive
Hours
Full time but Part Time will be considered. Mon-Fri, Standard Office Hours.
Salary
£16-18k + bonus
The Role
Due to expansion we need an enthusiastic person to provide administrative support to the Director and sales function.
Main Duties
- Answering telephone
- Processing Orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Preparing content for website
- Organising customer payments
- Reconciling invoices
Essential Skills
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent office computer skills
- Good telephone manner
Desirable Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proven experience of hitting deadlines
The candidate will have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and be keen to learn.
Where
The job will be based in our relaxed, warehouse-style offices in fashionable Bermondsey, London SE1, just 5 minutes walk from the famous Tower Bridge.
