Sales Assistant (temporary 6-8 weeks)

Full time
Mon-Fri, Standard Office Hours.
This is a temporary position which will last between 6 and 8 weeks.
Salary
£6.50-8.50ph depending on experience + targeted bonus
The Role
Due to expansion we need a motivated individual to help our sales manager find good prospects. You will work towards weekly call targets and be bonused on appointment setting and qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will have some telesales experience and is relaxed about speaking to middle to senior management.
Main Duties
- Make targeted number of phone calls a day to potential customers
- Setting up appointments for sales manager
- Researching and qualifying leads
- Updating CRM database
- Weekly report on progress
- Candidate Requirements
- An excellent telephone manner with a very good level of spoken English
- The ability to communicate with confidence at all levels in a B2B environment
- Good organizational skills and persistence
- Some computer literacy is required ? databases and spreadsheets packages.
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail

The job will be based in our relaxed, warehouse-style offices in fashionable Bermondsey, London SE1, just 5 minutes walk from the famous Tower Bridge.
