The Asia Pacific audio and video conferencing market in 2007 witnessed a growth of 16.6% in 2007. The market was quite strong, with the overwhelming majority coming from audio conferencing services. Video conferencing however saw slightly higher growth, but this growth is decreasing at a faster rate than audio conferencing, as audio services witnessed a sustained demand of throughout the region. ANZ and Japan markets witnessed slower growth compared to other countries, while emerging economies India and China witnessed high growth.
