Summary
In 2007Q1, Civil Aviation Industry accumulatively realized total traffic turnover to be 7.92 billion ton kilometres, passenger traffic to be 61.69 billion passenger kilometres and cargo & mail traffic to be 2.42 billion ton kilometres, up by 19.5%, 15.9% and 13.3% year-on-year respectively. And for the whole industry, prime operating revenues realized RMB 57.45 billion, up by year-on-year 19.6%; and cost realized RMB 56.92 billion, up by year-on-year 16.6%.
In Beijing Capital Airport, its aircrafts' taking off and landing reached 96,150 times, its passenger throughput realized 12.15 million persons, and its cargo & mail throughput hit 235,000 tons, up by year-on-year 13.0%, 19.3% and 16.2% respectively. In Shanghai Pudong Airport, its aircrafts' taking off and landing reached 59,994 times, its passenger throughput realized 6.402 million persons, and its cargo & mail throughput hit 548,000 tons, up by year-on-year 10.9%, 3.1% and 17.0% respectively. And in Guangdong Baiyun Airport, its aircrafts' taking off and landing reached 63,420 times, its passenger throughput realized 7.25 million persons, and its cargo & mail throughput hit 202,000 tons, up by year-on-year 13.5%, 15.6% and 7.7% respectively.
