About Vehicle-to-grid Vehicle-to-grid is a system that enables the flow of power back into the electric system or the electric grid from various electric drive vehicles such as BEVs, PHEVs, or fuel cell vehicles. Vehicle-to-grid systems provide a network through which the EV’s owner can communicate to the power grid. The vehicle-to-grid technology provides demand response services to the power grid to enhance the efficiency of the power system, especially at the time of peak load.
