The Summerlin Las Vegas Baseball Club LLC (SLVBC) a joint venture between Howard Hughes Corp. and Play Ball Owners Group is planning to undertake the construction of a stadium and a retail complex in Nevada, the US.

The project involves the construction of a sports stadium with a seating capacity of 10,000 seats on 3.2ha of land.

The project includes the construction of 20 luxury suites, party zones and decks, a kids zone and a swimming pool beyond the outfield wall and the construction of retail complex comprising 140 stores and 17 restaurants, seating space, access routes, ticket counters, VIP rooms, parking facilities and related infrastructure.

The project is being developed by The Howard Hughes Corp and consortium of Southern Nevada businessmen.

In August 2015, SLVBC requested the city, Clark County and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority to fund the project.

HOK has been appointed as the architect and Penta Building Group as a contractor.

The project was being delayed as the County Commission and Howard Hughes Corp is differing on the project cost.

In October 2017, SLVBC received planning approvals from the planning authority.

On February 23, 2018, groundbreaking ceremony held and construction works commenced.

Construction works are underway and slated to be completed by early 2019.
