The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is upgrading the Aurangabad-Telwadi road section in Maharashtra, India.

In December 2015, NHAI issued a request for Qualification (RFQ) with a submission deadline of July 8, 2016.

On June 29, 2016, the project received approval from the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA).

On September 22, 2016, NHAI invited tenders for the project construction with submission last date on December 7, 2016. However, the process failed due to the low response from the bidders.

On February 24, 2017, NHAI again invited for tenders with last submission date on March 24, 2017, in EPC mode. However, previous tenders yet to be canceled.

On September 20, 2017, NHAI issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the six Laning of Karodi (320.104 km) to Telwadi (375.000 km) road section with the submission deadline on November 2, 2017.

On October 1, 2017, NHAI issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the six Laning of Aurangabad (290.200 km) to Karodi (320.104 km) road section with the submission deadline on November 2, 2017.

Tender activities are underway.
