Luxury Homes Realty Inc. has been appointed as the marketing consultant, Rykon Construction, 3rd Generation Homes, Alair Homes, AuthenTech Homes and Link Custom Homes as contractors, All Elements Design and The Mullins Group as the design consultant and Hatch Interior Design, Inc as the interior designer for the project.

In July 2014, NADG entered into an agreement with GGC for the development of the project.

In November 2014, City Council of Kelowna approved the revised plans with reduced commercial space from 65,000m2 to 15,000m2.

Construction activities are underway.
