Summary
Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI), a subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC), is undertaking the construction of a Grandview Yard Mixed-Use project in Grandview Heights, Ohio, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 46,451m2 Nationwide campus, a 135-room hotel and a 1,207m2 event and conference center with a 300-seat ballroom on 51ha of land.

The Nationwide campus includes the construction of three, four-story office buildings. The first building with 29,729m2 office space, the second building with 14,864m2 office space and the third building with 1,858m2 office space. Adjacent to the Nationwide campus, there will be a new four-story building (The Manchester) on Yard Street, with approximately 1300m2 restaurant and retail space.

The project includes the construction of a 1ha park, 1,300 apartments, parking and other related facilities.

Columbus Hospitality Management will manage and operate the hotel.

A new residential building is being constructed which includes a 166-unit Brooks residential building, a four-story, 166- unit apartment building featuring one and two bedroom flats and a 128-space underground parking structure. The first two phases of apartments at the Yard are open and fully leased including four buildings with 274 total residential units. Forty-five for-sale townhomes are also currently under construction in partnership with Waggenbrenner Development.

In May 2016, construction works on the first office building completed. The Nationwide Realty Investors also announced eight new office tenants, which includes Hilliard Lyons, Unum Life Insurance Company, and the United States Navy.

In the third quarter of 2016, construction works on the event and conference center was completed.

Construction works on the hotel completed on October 23, 2016.

Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed by 2019.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on 51ha of land in Grandview Heights on 51ha of land, Ohio, the US.
