JMC Communities (JMC) is undertaking the redevelopment of the Belleview Biltmore hotel in Pinellas County, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a residential complex on 0.93ha of land. It includes the construction of 28 two-story townhome/ carriage Homes with 104 condominiums, a 743m2 multipurpose room, restaurants, parking and other related facilities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

It includes a three-story section of the hotel comprising 3,530m2 original lobby, grand staircase and fireplace. The boutique inn will feature 35 guest rooms, a pool, fitness center, history room and grand lawn.

The first condo building is known as the Allamanda and second building is known as Brightwater.

In January 2014, Town of Belleair Commission (ToBC) decided to postpone the proposed rezoning for the project by six months.

In February 2014, ToBC withdrew its January 21, 2014 verdict and initiated rezoning procedures.

Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc has been appointed as the planning consultant, BSB Design as architect, Florida Design Consultants as civil engineer, Phil Graham Landscape Architecture as landscape architect, Tamara Peacock Company as the designer and conceptual architect for the Belleview Inn; Decker Ross Interiors as interior designer for the Belleview Place Carriage Homes; Kay Green Design as interior designer for the condominiums; and Sims Patrick Studio as interior designer for the Belleview Inn.

On November 16, 2016, groundbreaking ceremony held.
