Single Purpose Vehicle Ten Limited (SPV 10), a partnership of DolphinCI 24 Limited and Exactarea International Limited, is planning to undertake the Kea Resort Development project at the Crete Kea in Greece.

The project involves the construction of a resort on 65ha area with a total capacity of 230 beds.

The project will include the construction of five-star hotel unit (the second Aman resort in Greece), holiday homes, a 100-person thalassotherapy center, a diving center, parking and other related facilities.

Heah & Co. has been appointed as architect for the project.

On December 24, 2009, DolphinCI 24 Limited signed a shares sale agreement with Exactarea International Limited, according to which 33.33% of the shares in SPV 10 will be acquired by Exact area International Limited. The cash payment of the first installment amounting was made on December 30, 2009 and the last installment was received in January 2011.

On December 28, 2010, the project secured preliminary environmental impact study (PEIS) approval and approval for yacht pier on July 6, 2010.

On March 11, 2011, the environmental impact study (EIS) was submitted. The PEIS approval also secured from Greek National Tourism Organisation Suitability on March 21, 2011.

On December 24, 2012, the developer secured EIS approval for the project.

Design activities are underway.

The US$83 million project includes the following:
