In March 2015, requests for Proposal (RFP) was issued to select the developer. Near Southside Inc was selected as the developer of the project.

On June 23, 2016, the Urban Design Commission approved the addition of two more floors.

The T and Near Southside Inc is in the process of finalizing designs and seeking approval for height change from the Board of Appeals or the Zoning Commission.

In August 2016, the Commercial Board of Adjustment agreed to the height change.
