In February 2013, GPE submitted planning application to the Westminster City Council for the project implementation.

In July 2013, project received planning consent from the Westminster City Council.

In June 2016, GPE received planning approval.

As of May 2017, the project is facing delay and GPR is in process of reviewing plans to develop the project.
