Summary
EverPower Wind Holdings LLC (EverPower) is undertaking the construction of a wind farm in Montana, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 240MW (3X80MW) wind farm on 7,284ha of land and will be developed in four phases.

The first phase, second phase and third phase of the project includes the construction of a 80MW wind farm using 40 turbines each installed on 100m tall steel tube tower.

The phase names are Pryor Cave Wind (Mud Springs Phase I), Mud Springs Wind (Mud Springs Phase II, south of Phase I), and Horse Thief Wind (Mud Springs Phase III, north of Phase I) and Bowler Flat Energy Hub (Mud Springs Phase IV).

The fourth phase includes the construction of a substation and the laying of 230kv transmission lines.

The project will be wired with common transmission lines which run to a point of interconnection (POI) substation in Frannie, Park County, Wyoming and the generated power will be sold to PacifiCorp under Public Utilities Regulatory Policy Act (PURPA) contracts.

EverPower has appointed Electrical Consultants, Inc. as electrical engineer.

On August 5, 2014, Sunrise Wind Holdings, LLC (Sunrise) on behalf of Pryor Caves Wind Project LLC, Mud Springs Wind project LLC, Horse Thief Wind Project LLC and Bowler Flats Energy Hub LLC submitted an application for developing phase I, II, III and IV of the project respectively to the Carbon County Council (CCC).

On August 18, 2014, CCC approved the application of Sunrise to develop the project.

On December 17, 2014, groundbreaking ceremony was held on the site.

Construction works are underway.

2. Construction of access roads
