Telstra Focuses on Service Design and Experience with Connected Workplace

At the 2018 Telstra Vantage event in Melbourne, Telstra launched its Connected Workplace product for small and medium-sized enterprises. "What was important was not the way the products features were conceived but the way the customer experiences were crafted through thoughtful service quality design considerations," says Linus Lai, associate VP, IDC Asia/Pacific. As enterprises determine if this product is appropriate for them, the main consideration should be the fit for Future of Work objectives addressing work culture, workspace, and workforce as well as the ease of management of the solution.
