It will include the construction of two 40-story high-rise towers, one 53-story high-rise tower, 504 condominiums, 184-room Park Hyatt hotel, retail facility on a 41,806m2 area, 1,444 parking spaces, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The 53-story high-rise tower includes a five-star hotel, 164 condominiums, hotel ballrooms, nightclub, premium fitness center, celebrity chef restaurant and an opulent spa.

The two 40-story high-rise towers include 170 condominiums each, an upscale shopping center, restaurants and an elevated private park with greenery and a playground.

RTKL Associates Inc has been appointed as architect and Terra-Petra, Inc as an environmental consultant.

On March 19, 2015, construction work commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony.

In May 2015, RTKL has appointed Lerch Bates to design the vertical transportation and facade access systems and waste management.

Kennedy Wilson and The Mark Company has been appointed as the marketing consultant, Webcor builders as concrete supply contractor and Lendlease Corporation and Swinerton Builders appointed as the general contractor.

Construction works are underway. Construction works on Park Hyatt hotel is slated for completion by December 2018 and entire project is slated for completion by 2019.
