On December 9, 2014, BDC reduced the proposed 970 apartments and 270 single-family residences to 870 apartments and 246 single-family residences.

On April 22, 2015, Conceptual plan of the project limited to 475, including both multifamily and single-family homes.

In September 2015, the project received development approval.

In December 2015, GBP acquired 21ha of land to develop 450 homes.

CB JENI Homes, a subsidiary of GBP will undertake the construction works.
