The project was sold to a consortium of four developers Buwog AG, ÖSS, Neues Leben and WBV-GPA.
Buwog and ÖSW will each build a residential tower, and WBV-GPA and Neues Leben will build the third tower.
Vienna City Council will provide US$99.72 million loans for the project.
In September 2017, the project received the green light from the city council.

Studiovlay has been appointed design contractor for a residential Tower A.
Rüdiger Lainer + Partner Architekten ZT GmbH has been appointed as a design contractor for a residential 95m high Tower B.
BEHF Ebner Hasenauer Ferenczy ZT GmbH has been appointed as design contractor for an 80m high residential Tower C.
Koselicka Landschaftsarchitektur, werkraum wien ingenieure zt-gmbh, Röhrer Baupysik, Schöberl & Pöll GmbH and TRAFFIX Verkehrsplanung GmbH have been appointed as the landscape architect, structural engineers, fire consultant, construction consultant and traffic consultant respectively.
Design activities are underway and construction is scheduled to commence by 2019.
