Cornwall Community Stadium Ltd (CCSL), a consortium of Inox Group, Truro and Penwith College, Henry Boot Developments and the rugby club, is planning to build a stadium in Cornwall, the UK.

The project involves the construction of a new stadium complex with a seating capacity of 10,000 people. The updated design for the stadium was granted Reserved Matters Planning Permission in April 2013.

In August 2014, CCSL submitted a revised planning application to the Cornwall Council with an addition of a supermarket.

On July 30, 2015, revised plans which included a supermarket have secured approval from Cornwall Council.

As of September 2016, the project is facing delay due to legal issues from Helical Retail.

In April 2017, The Cornish Pirates RFC and Truro and Penwith College sign a deal to both clubs and the college jointly occupy a single stadium.
