On April 30, 2014, WisDOT held a public exhibition on the proposed plans.

In November 2014, final Environmental Impact Study (EIS) document signed.

On December 1, 2014, Transportation Projects Commission(TPC), a department of WisDOT, approved the plans for the development.

TPC recommended enumeration of the development though it is yet to occur.

Study activities are underway and the project is facing delay as it has not yet been enumerated.
