Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is undertaking the construction of interchange road in Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 6km interchange road of the I-95 route, from the north intersection with yamato road to south of the Spanish river boulevard.

The project will include the construction of 13 bridges, pedestrian walkways, road dividers and other related facilities, and the installation of lighting and overhead sign structures.

In May 2013, Astaldi Construction Corporation was appointed as design-build contractor.

On January 13, 2014, construction works on the two noise walls commenced.

On February 14, 2014, groundbreaking ceremony was held on the project site.

AECOM has been appointed as consulting engineer.

Construction works on 11 of the 13 bridges, MSE walls and interchange ramps, excavation works of ponds, widening, paving and drainage opertaions on I-95 between Glades road and congress avenue are underway.

In February 2017, 85% construction activities completed.

In May 2017, 91% construction activities completed.

In September 2017, FDOT opened the northbound off-ramp at Spanish River Boulevard for traffic. The on-ramps and southbound off-ramps still are closed for construction.

On February 28, 2018, FDOT, Astaldi Construction and the City of Boca Raton held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the two ramps on project.

Construction activities are underway and scheduled to be completed by end of March 2018.
