Summary Dublin City Council (DCC) is undertaking the Ballymun Town Center regeneration (known as Springs Cross) project in Dublin, Ireland.

Henry J. Lyons & Partners Architects has been appointed as the master planner and O’Reilly Hyland Tierney & Associates as the quantity surveyor for the project.
On September 21, 2009, the project received planning approvals.
In September 2014, the project was placed on hold due to unfavorable economic conditions.
In May 2015, the plans for the new shopping complex in Ballymun, to replace the facilities of the vacant Ballymun Town Center, have been approved by Dublin city councilors.
In the fourth quarter of 2015, demolition works of old flats at the project site are completed.
DCC is in process of securing funds for the project.
