Qatar Public Works Authority (Ashghal) is undertaking the construction of the Al Jemailiya-Al Otoriyah-Al Shahaniyah Link Road in Qatar.

On November 24, 2014, construction activities commenced.
In August 2016, 80% of construction works were completed and Ashghal opened Al Sheehaniya-Leatooriya road for public.
In March 2017, construction on final 2.3km road extension commenced.
