This IDC study presents estimated 2019 marketing campaign management software revenue shares in a total market valued at $13.8 billion. "Marketing campaign management software is expected to suffer less economic damage than other areas of the IT industry and economy at large," said Gerry Murray, research director of IDC's Marketing and Sales Technology service. "Marketing systems are critical for showing customers that you are still in business, still able to supply and support them, and have value to add even if they aren't buying right away. Now more than ever, marketers need to be as empathetic and creative as they can to deliver value over and above pitching products."
